By accessing the NAVA Shopify store and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our store.

4.1 About NAVA
NAVA is a handcrafted food brand based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. We sell sugar-free, preservative-free Indian mithai & Snacks made fresh daily in small batches. Our Shopify store is our primary online sales channel.

4.2 Ordering
• All orders are subject to availability. Since products are handcrafted daily in limited quantities, we may occasionally run out of stock.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. NAVA is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud, misuse, or bulk reselling without prior agreement.
• Prices listed on the store are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

4.3 Payment Terms
• We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (for eligible pin codes).
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay or Shopify Payments.
• In case of a payment failure, please do not attempt to pay again until you have confirmed with us that your original payment was not deducted.

4.4 Product Information
• We take every effort to accurately display our products including ingredients, nutritional information, and shelf life.
• Nutritional values mentioned are approximate and may vary slightly between batches.
• Product images on the website are for representation purposes. Actual colour and appearance may vary slightly.
• NAVA products are not intended to treat, diagnose, or cure any medical condition. Please consult your doctor before consuming if you have any specific health conditions.

4.5 Intellectual Property
All content on the NAVA store including the brand name, logo, product names, photography, descriptions, and recipes are the
intellectual property of NAVA. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying of any content is strictly prohibited.

4.6 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from orders placed on our Shopify store shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh
