At NAVA, we take great care in packing and dispatching every order to ensure your ladoos reach you fresh, intact, and on time. All our products are handcrafted fresh daily in our kitchen in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
⏱ Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
- You will receive a WhatsApp notification once your order is dispatched

- Free local delivery within Raipur on all orders above Rs.299.
- Free shipping automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code needed.
📦 How We Pack Your Order
- Each NAVA jar is sealed tightly and wrapped in protective bubble wrap.
- Jars are placed securely in a sturdy corrugated outer box to prevent any movement.
- A production date and best-before date sticker is applied to every jar lid.
🔍 Order Tracking
- A tracking link is sent to your WhatsApp number or email within 24 hours of dispatch.
- For Raipur local delivery, our delivery partner will call you 30 minutes before arrival.
⚠️ Failed Deliveries
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient, the courier will attempt redelivery once.
- If the second attempt also fails, the order will be returned, and a re-shipping charge will apply.
- NAVA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or public holidays.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate the product immediately upon delivery.
⚠️ Important: NAVA products are fresh, perishable food items with a shelf life of 30-60 days when refrigerated. We strongly recommend placing orders only when someone is available to receive the delivery and store it in a refrigerator immediately. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed receipt after successful delivery.

Step by step — what happens after you place your order

Order Placed
You place your order on the NAVA Shopify store. You receive an automatic order confirmation on your email and WhatsApp immediately.

Production — Same Day
Our kitchen team prepares your items fresh in the same production batch. Every item is weighed, quality checked, and garnished before packing.

Packed and Labelled
Items are placed in the jar with the NAVA insert card at the bottom. Jar is sealed, labelled with production date and best-before date, wrapped in bubble wrap, and boxed.

Dispatched — Tracking Shared
Your order is handed to the delivery partner. You receive the tracking link on WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch.

Out for Delivery
A courier partner or local delivery partner takes the order to your address. For Raipur local orders, our team calls 30 minutes before arrival.

Delivered — Refrigerate Immediately
Order delivered to your door. Please refrigerate immediately upon receipt. Open, enjoy.
